You know what’s the real problem in this world of ours? GEESE. Eclipse’s own freshman-rookie Grace Evalyn Hague would definitely agree. Besides fighting against the anti-christ of the Animal Kingdom, Grace spends her time limboing, “frisbeeing,” and nursing her wounds from falling off the Pump-It-Up climbing tower when she was 11. Don’t worry she is almost fully healed. She was born and raised in what is commonly and objectively known as the greatest city in not only America, but the Milky Way as well; Chicago. Allegedly. Northfield, MN is also up there in the rankings. And Madison, WI, apparently. Her deep-dish-loving family consists of her mom, her dad, their two dogs Lester and Barnabas, as well as their pet, whom Grace has described as “a strange and messy but somehow lovable 15-year-old high school girl named Hope.” Seems more like a sister to me but I’m not arguing with this Goose-Protester. Their family name originates from an age-old acronym standing for “Has A Great Ultimatefrisbee Eskillset.” The name goes wayyyyy back. When asked about fellow frisbee players like the Gods of Plastic, she responded with a cool, “Ehh. They’re pretty chill I guess.” Don’t worry, though. She is definitely pro-Leah Roche. Besides flexing all OVER the fris grassland, Grace has also dabbled in more widely-accepted sports like soccer, basketball, and gymnastics (though she was no longer welcome as a member of the competitive gymnastics team at the age of six as she was growing too tall). Height is a strength on the frisbee court, though, which is why Grace has THRIVED in the cutting arena. Will the fame get to her head? Only time will tell. But, as Grace courageously acknowledges, “Fame is never an easy burden to bear.” You shoulder it well, Grace, you shoulder it well.
